Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnotic techniques, designed in a way to bring about positive therapeutic changes for the client. During your hypnotherapy session your busy conscious mind is encouraged to take a back seat for a while, allowing communication with the inner mind and access to your powerful inner resources. During your hypnotherapy session you will remain completely in control, and aware of what is happening. You cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to do while under hypnosis!
