My main areas of work are with adults who experience anxiety difficulties, such as obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social and health anxiety, phobias and more general anxiety conditions. I also work with adults who have experienced traumatic stress/grief, complex trauma, single traumas and also where interpersonal relationships are problematic. Since my psychology training, I have been able to undertake post qualifying therapeutic training in mentalization, schema therapy, EMDR and emotional focussed therapy.
At the present time, I hold clinics at Nurture on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
