Linda has trained and worked in primary care in Psychological Therapies in the NHS, across a range of clinical issues including anxiety, depression, phobia, trauma, self- harm, stress and work-related problems, mainly using CBT. She has also worked in a specialist service for PTSD in a national veterans charity and trained and worked in a national children’s charity supporting the emotional health of children with complex needs.
With an interest and training in specific learning difficulties, Linda understands the functional and associated emotional difficulties in dyslexia and Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)/dyspraxia. Linda can therefore provide therapy to support dyslexic and dyspraxic adults with emotional well-being.
